Crisis 2008-2009. Review of the situation in the real estate market in Russia

In early June, took place in Moscow XII National Congress on real estate. The most complete analysis of the processes occurring today in the Russian real estate market, was introduced in the plenary report of the President of the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) SK Kanuhina. Rapporteur conducted a detailed review of the current state of Russian real estate market; consider the situation with the prices of real estate, the dynamics of construction and commissioning of housing in the Russian Federation. On behalf of RGR Mr. Kanuhin and suggested a number of specific actions required for the withdrawal of the real estate market from stagnating.
