Modern information and communication technologies are becoming the main tool for mobilizing young people and their self-organization, including in protest activity. The article lists the bloggers presented on YouTube, considers the case of "Alexey Navalny", analyzes the tools for manipulating the minds of young people, and compiles recommendations for youth workers to solve the problem of the influence of opposition figures on the thoughts and values of young generations.
