Problem optimization number participants of the project as problem of integer linear programming

Article is devoted to research of a problem of optimization of number of the partners participating in implementation of the project. The mathematical problem definition in the form of a problem of integer linear programming is given. Various formulations of additional statements of the problem and recommendations about finding of the optimal solution are made.
