Tasks and problems of the appeal process in state civil law

Resume: The article discusses the main features of the appeal process by solving problems of analyzing the concepts of a problem, the purpose and tasks of considering civil cases by an appellate court, for which it is necessary to find out the positions of process scholars in this regard.
