Tasks of quality assurance of construction processes

The article analyzes the problems of quality assurance in the construction industry, the main of which is the need to build, on the one hand, quickly and cheaply, and on the other hand, reliably and efficiently. It is concluded that the current quality control system does not ensure the quality of the construction process, which, as you know, depends on competent architectural decisions and the use of high-quality materials, as well as on the professionalism of builders. To guarantee the quality of design solutions, it is necessary to develop regulatory documents that ensure the life and health of the population, environmental protection, structural stability and reliability of building structures and products, systems of engineering equipment of buildings and structures, compatibility of design and construction, as well as the introduction of a quality system in design organizations Based on the requirements of ISO 9000 series.
