Tasks of a specialist in social work in the educational sphere of Turkmenistan

The article discusses the tasks of specialists in social work in the educational sphere of Turkmenistan. The key areas of their activities are analyzed, including social adaptation of students, psychological support, work with families, prevention of deviant behavior and promotion of graduates’ employment. Special attention is paid to the role of cultural and social characteristics of Turkmenistan in shaping approaches to social work. The prospects for the development of social work in the country’s educational system, including professional development and the introduction of innovative methods, are noted. The study highlights the importance of social work in creating a supportive educational environment and strengthening social stability.
