Contract of pledge of exclusive rights to the objects of intellectual property

The author analyzes the practice of the state registration of the pledge agreement of exclusive rights in respect of intellectual property which is the subject for state registration. The features of the collateral agreements on the exclusive right to such objects as inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks have been considered. The analysis of the possibility of application of certain general provisions of the law to exclusive right contracts on these objects has been done. It was proposed recommendations on the terms of the pledge of various types of intellectual property.
