For instance, technical errors and failures occur. The distribution of risks in this case is not provided for by the current legislation. It is proposed to place the risk of technical failure on a professional participant in civil transactions. The issues of unilateral refusal of a training agreement concluded via the Internet are also considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to clarify the legislation in this part.
