Expert's conclusion as evidence in cases on protecting consumer rights

Resume: This article discusses the concept of expertise as evidence. The analysis of some problems arising during the pre-trial examination is carried out. Proposals have been made to clarify the provisions of Art. 18 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights on the procedure for conducting pre-trial examination.
