Camp prisoners and prisoners of war as object of departmental «competition» in the Soviet economy (1945-1953)

The article is devoted to the problems of interaction of the Soviet economic ministries and the higher party and state bodies concerning the distribution of the forced labor of the camp prisoners and the prisoners of war in 1945-1953. The author also pays attention to the "competition" between the ministries for manpower during the post-war period.
