Good Samaritan law as a basis for exemption from liability of persons engaged in medical activities

This article studies some issues of exemption from liability of persons engaged in medical activities. In particular, the author considers the problem of introducing the institution of exemption from liability regarding medical assistance on a gratuitous basis in emergencies. This institution is known as Good Samaritan law. The abovementioned institution exists in many legal systems, but it is absent in Armenian and Russian legislation.
