The law on industrial policy has been adopted: but will there be the industry in Russia?

The article discusses the prospects of economic policy in the Russian Federation, related to the adoption of the Federal law “On industrial policy". The author shows basic premises to the implementation of the strategy of “new industrialization". The paper proves the increasing role of regions as subjects of the industrial policy, as well as the need to focus more on the principle role of the federal and regional programs and development institutions as the key tools of the industrial innovative development of different territories of the country.
