The law of Rizle-Nile (1994) and its place in the newest economic history of the USA

There are basic circumstances connected with adaptation of the law of Rizle-Nile in 1994, one of key legal acts in a recent economic history of the USA are considered in the article. In a research basis both traditional historical sources and the big file of the statistic data are concerned. The quantitative analysis allows the author to show that the middle of 1990th became a turning point in development of the bank system of the United States.
