As part of the study of modern international and domestic criminal law and civil law practice of combating such illegal acts as corruption and fraud committed by officials in the course of public service in order to extract personal benefits, proposals related to the improvement of anti-corruption measures. According to the authors, the position formulated in official documents of authoritative international organizations, defining corruption as a threat to all mankind, causing multibillion-dollar damage, should be implemented in adequate measures to improve legislation and overcome discrepancies in the legislative systems and practices of law enforcement in different countries, providing an offensive fight against corruption, in the conditions of modern globalization. At the same time, when creating their own regulatory and regulatory experience, it is necessary to take into account the disassembled experience of foreign countries, such as: the United States, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Canada and a number of other countries that already have laws governing the digital economy...
