Legislative regulation of the bar exam process in the context of computerization of the Russian advocacy: problems and possibilities

Purpose: To research the legislative regulation of the bar exam process for the sake of its unitizing in the context of computerisation of the Russian advocacy. Methodology: Legalistic, comparative and historical methods were used in this article. Results: The author provides insight to an up-to-date legislative regulation of the bar exam process and formulates a number of conclusions proved by this study. These conclusions concrern the standardization of a system of a knowledge evaluation of these applying for bar qualification in the context of computerisation of the advocacy of Russia. Novelty/originality/value: The importance and the value of this article lie in the fact that the author reveals a problem in a legislation in power, more specifically in a legislative regulation of the bar exam process in the context of computerisation of the advocacy of the Russian Federation.
