Legislative framework for the fulfillment of the duties of resort operators during an experiment on resort gathering in the territory of the Krasnodar territory

The resort fee is “a fee for using the resort infrastructure for the financial support of the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, improvement and repair of resort infrastructure facilities”. It follows that the main objectives of the adoption of this bill are the formation of a single tourist space, the creation of favorable conditions for the sustainable development of tourism, as well as the preservation, restoration and development of resort infrastructure. The article discusses the basic laws governing the experiment on the collection of resort fees in the Krasnodar Territory.
