The legislation of the Russian Federation as a factor in the development of the state

The purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the economic development of the state. In particular, the issues of interaction of law with other spheres of society's life are considered, the tasks and goals of legal regulation of relations between subjects in society are determined. The problems of regulatory impact on economic legal relations are also identified, and ways to solve them are proposed.
