Regularities of macro-microscopic structure and changes in biomechanical properties of heart structures in ontogenesis

This work presents a systematic presentation of modern data on the microscopic and ultramicroscopic structure, development and regeneration of cardiac muscle tissue, its physiological characteristics in order to analyze the functional morphology of the human heart and search for possible treatments for diseases associated with damage and dysfunction of the heart organ.
