Regularities of reflection and establishment of forensically significant information in cases of crimes in the field of business

The article discusses the features of the reflection of information arising from the preparation, commission and concealment of a crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity, and also analyzes the opinions of forensic scientists about the mechanism of formation of traces as a result of committing economic crimes. The conditions that determine the natural nature of the formation of traces in the commission of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity are revealed. In connection with the rapid digitalization of all spheres and sectors of the economy, special attention in the article is paid to the detection of «digital traces» and their use in the investigation process. The main factors determining the mechanism of trace formation, as well as the places (sources) of concentration of the corresponding information are analyzed. An algorithm is proposed for establishing forensically significant information in cases of crimes in the field of entrepreneurial activity, aimed at increasing the efficiency of detecting and using this information during the investigation.
