Regularities of the spatial organization shear deformation in [001] - Ni3Fe single crystals at the macrolevel

Crystalgeometry of [001]-monocrystal of the parallelepiped form with orientation of lateral sides {001} is considered. The deformation relief has been studied by the method of optical microscopy in [001] - monocrystals of desordered alloy Ni3Fe with sides {001} at extents of deformation of ɛ =22 µm. Using the obtained data the part of the monocrystal volume (δ) involved in shear deformation at macrolevel has been The obtained value δ for [001] - monocrystal of alloy Ni3Fe has been compared with δ for [001] - monocrystal of aluminum. It has been established that localization of plastic shear deformation happens easier in the latter.
