Laws of human nature and their role in the state formation and development

To this day, in theoretical legal science, the problems of the state formation and development have been interpreted based on the nature of economic relations formed in accordance with the Marxist-Leninist doctrine of social development laws. Even socialist states appeared, with the Soviet Union as a leading member. With its break-up, the foundation of socialist states ceased to be relevant, and our country faced to the problem of finding optimal ways for its further development. Moreover, the question of the direction in which the Russian Federation should move is becoming more urgent every day. The article is aimed at finding the ways of state-legal development of the Russian Federation according to modern conditions and challenges.
