Purchase of food by autonomous institutions of the Krasnodar territory

The article examines the legal norms of two federal laws regulating the sphere of procurement for state, municipal, and corporate needs in the procurement of socially significant life-supporting products using the example of food. Based on the analysis of procurement practices by autonomous institutions of the Krasnodar Territory, the authors propose practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of organizing and conducting procurement procedures within the framework of Federal Law N 223-FL.
