With the development of economic turnover, its participants have an interest in various tools that ensure stable civil turnover. It seems that the pledge of corporate rights refers to one of these tools. Relatively recently, civil legislation has been amended to distinguish corporate rights pledge as a separate type of pledge. This article is devoted to study special rules on the pledge of the rights of participants of legal entities.
