Secured creditors. Novellas law: guarantee for bankruptcy

The author analyzes the novel of the Federal Law «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)», concerning the legal status of creditors, claims are against the debtor are secured by property of the debtor. Compares the rates of old and new law. Concludes that, despite the advantages provided by the secured creditors of the new law, the changes have generated controversy in the bankruptcy law, which requires its further development.
