Results of surgical treatment of 33 patients with tumors growing into the cranial cavity were analyzed. All patients underwent primary reconstruction of defects of the calvarium and/or skull base using individual titanium nickelid implants. Stereolithographic model was used as a template for manufacturing individual implants. Application of individual endoprosthesis from porous titanium nickelid for replacement of postoperative defects of the skull in cancer patients allowed the length of surgery to be decreased and the period of wound healing to be shortened affecting no short-and long-term results
