Closed energy-production cycle - the key to the multiplicative development of agricultural regions

The article proposes an alternative approach to self-sufficient of multiplicative development of agrarian regions, based on energoproduction cycles within the territory. Provides information about the technologies to ensure their implementation. It is assumed that the reduction of dependence on external suppliers of key energy resources will allow the development of agricultural regions in the contemporary economy.
