Youth employment as a factor of socio-economic development of the region (on the example of Volgograd region)

The Problem of youth employment in the last few years has been and remains relevant. The necessity of analysis of the situation of graduates on the regional labour market is conditioned by two important factors: the complexity of the employment of young specialists; the necessity of development of personnel potential of the country's labor market.
