Employment of pensioners in Russia: myths and reality

The study examines the employment opportunities of pensioners in the current conditions for the development of the Russian economy, taking into account the changing boundaries of working age. As a result of the research, it was revealed that in most cases employment is forced, not all spheres can be considered in the form of alternative employment for pensioners due to health problems, morale obsolescence of work skills, taking into account digitalization.
