Employment in the Conditions of Implementing Artificial Intelligence Systems: Challenges and Solutions

Бесплатный доступ

Artificial intelligence is gradually being introduced into all spheres of human life. While its widespread use certainly has clear advantages, the potential threat posed by AI is becoming increasingly pressing. The study analyzes potential social risks and threats to the labour market when introducing artificial intelligence systems and develops a set of measures to minimize them based on previously formulated by us philosophical principles of using artificial intelligence systems for civil society, policymakers, and the private sector. These principles aim to prevent and mitigate the risk of emergening and escalating threats associated with the use of AI systems in the labour market. They include transparency, responsibility, autonomy, confidentiality, social justice and non-harm to humans. These principles can serve as an ethical imperative for strengthening social cohesion in an era of rapid AI development.
