The western literary critical «rossica» of the XX-XXI centuries: the main figures, tendencies and approaches

In the article a brief analytical review of the most significant and typical for the Western literary criticism of the boundary of the XX-XXI centuries studies that cover the representation of Russia in the European literary and social consciousness are presented, some approaches to the study of this problem field are revealed.
