Western and eastern directions in the foreign policy of Russia in 1990s

The article is dedicated to the most important regional geostrategic priorities of the Russian Federation in the last decade of the 20th century. The author focuses on unique qualities of the Russian geopolitical transformation. The article analyses the correlation between western and eastern directions of the Russia foreign policy.
