Ban on anti-corruption examination of normative legal acts by international and foreign organizations: provisions and minuses

The subject of the study is the legislation governing the anti-corruption expertise. The research methodology consists of General scientific methods of scientific knowledge (analysis, synthesis) and private scientific methods (comparative legal, systemic). The article analyzes the current legislative changes associated with the introduction of a ban on anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts of international and foreign organizations, which are the so-called foreign agents. The authors pay attention to the positive and negative aspects of this legislative innovation, formulate proposals aimed at improving the anti-corruption expertise in the Russian Federation.
