Salaries in the economy of the organization and the region

The article provides information on the level of wages in the Republic of Belarus, analyzes the indicators of average wages by type of activity, as well as in the context of regions, outlines the basic concepts of wage organization in the Republic of Belarus, its role in the effective operation of the organization. A methodological approach to the analysis of the efficiency of using the organization's labor resources and funds for its payment is stated.
