We present original data on contamination of fish Saratov reservoir by metacercariae of trematodes-invader Apophallus muehlingi (Jägerskiöld, 1898) Lühe, 1909. The results allow to conclude that the changes in the biocenosis of the reservoir, the main reason for which naturalization is the reservoir of alien aquatic species (mussels, parasites).
