Charging infrastructure of electric transport: a method for calculating the minimum number of charging stations in settlements

Бесплатный доступ

The methodology proposed in this paper allows calculating the minimum required number of charging stations based on the actual number of electric vehicles in populated areas, as well as the intensity of their operation. The proposed mathematical dependencies take into account operational factors that affect the mileage between charges of traction batteries of WTM with electric units, among which are the levels of permissible discharge and maximum charge of batteries, their physical wear, as well as an increase in specific energy consumption in winter operation. It is proposed to check the obtained calculated values by the criteria of a given probability of service failure and the economic feasibility of operating EZS as part of a charging network.
