Foreign researchers on the correlation doctrinal and practice in the conduct of industrial policy in Russia in 1917-1918

This article analyzes the views of Russian immigrants and foreign authors dealing with the initial stage of the formation of industrial policy of the Soviet state. We consider the actual problem of the relationship of Marxist doctrine and practice of the Bolshevik regime in creating the public sector, which became the basis for the formation of the industry.
