Foreign experience of state support of small business development in the USA and Canada

This article presents the results of a theoretical review of support for small and medium-sized businesses in the US and Canada. The concept is formulated and the structure of support from the state is determined; the factors influencing the formation of private business in the USA and Canada are outlined.
