Foreign experience of clustering: historical aspect

The article observes foreign countries’ (Italy, the USA, Scotland, Germany, Great Britain, Finland, and Kazakhstan) experience of regional clustering as a form of integration of the conjugated socioeconomic institutions tied together by territorial proximity and functional dependence. The authors distinguish four types of the clustering: catalytic, supportive, directive, and interventional.
