Foreign experience in the interaction of local governments with non-profit organizations with the support of small business

The article considers the experience of various countries in supporting small business, concludes that there are a variety of approaches to the interaction of NPOs that express the interests of small organizations, with local authorities and the government as a whole. The American model is characterized, first of all, by the participation of NGOs in supporting free competition, which is protected, among other things, from actions by local authorities. In the EU countries, on the contrary, a model has been formed in accordance with which partnerships are built between local authorities and small businesses, and NGOs express the interests of small companies through financing and the development of legal norms.
