Meeting of scientific and advisory council of federal chamber of advocates of the Russian federation devoted to discussion of offers on introduction of institute of investigative judges in Russia (Moscow, on march 10, 2015)

On March 12, 2015 the meeting of Scientific and advisory council of Federal chamber of advocates of the Russian Federation devoted to discussion of offers on introduction of institute of investigative judges in Russia took place. At the heart of discussion, besides any publications and private positions extended through the Internet three documents lay: a note of the head of the Constant commission on civil participation in legal reform of Russian President’s Council for Civil Society and Human Rights T.G. Morshchakova «About competence and an order of formation of institute of investigative judges of the Russian Federation»; the concept of the Counselor of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation professor A. Smirnov «Revival of institute of investigative judges in the Russian criminal trial»; the author’s draft of the Federal law «About investigative judges in the Russian Federation» professor N.G. Muratova who personally made presentation of the project.
