Asset protection in an era of large property redistribution: main ways of hostile takeovers and the impact of the pandemic on security of ownership

The author considers ways of hostile takeovers of companies. Possible ways of protecting assets are described, which make it possible to protect companies from the risks of foreclosure on assets and controlled bankruptcy. The directions of solving the identified problems at the legislative level are proposed.
