Brand protection in the Russian market

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of legal protection of the brand in the Russian market. The author defined the concept of "brand," defined the role of brand protection in the reputation of the company. Typical reasons leading to legal disputes over trademarks are shown, practical recommendations for brand protection are given.
