Protection of children from cruel treatment and violence as a particular significant direction of modern human rights movement in Russia and Europe

The right to a fair trial before the European Court of Human Rights is especially relevant in the protection of children's rights, since the child himself can not "use all means of domestic protection". This article is devoted to the problem of protecting the rights of the child, which is relevant at the present time. The article discusses the issues of adoption, issues related to the birth of children outside of marriage and their protection. Some aspects of the treatment in the Russian Federation and in Europe of appeals for the removal of children from the family are also identified.
