Protection real estate investors: the need to improve mechanisms

The article analyzes made in 2010 amendments to the legislation governing the protection of the rights of individuals who purchase apartments under construction. In particular, the liability insurance of developers and financial risks in the joint construction, the use of project financing to improve the protection of the rights holders. According to the author, the full implementation of innovations will lead to the creation of a Russian state-private partnership in the construction of residential buildings, which will minimize the risks of buyers of apartments in new buildings, directly responsible to eliminate the state fail to fulfill their obligations and the developer will reduce the costs of developers.
