Protection of children's property rights in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the protection of children's property rights in the Russian Federation in case of division of spouses' common property. The author analyses the status of the property purchased to meet the needs of a minor child and the couple. The article studies the judicial practice of application of the general principle of equal share in the division of property, regardless of whom the child will live with.
