The author examines the possibilities of intellectual property protection of Russian copyright holders abroad in the absence of international or national registration of intellectual activity or means of individualization of goods (services). The author makes recommendations for the Russian owner is not registered in a timely manner their rights to intellectual property, can protect them in case of illegal use of such a facility abroad.
