On the basis of the analysis of literature sources, the relevance and necessity of further research on the protection of white lupine from the mass distribution of the Anthracnose agent Colletotrichum lupini is substantiated. The degree of harmfulness of this fungal disease varies from year to year depending on the climatic conditions. The intensive development of Anthracnose is caused by the warm and humid conditions of the growing season. The mass lesion of plants by Anthracnose occurs during the rain with strong winds, which leads to a significant decrease in the yield or its complete loss. The sensitive stages of Anthracnose are shoot formation, bud formation, fruit setting and bean formation, when there is an active growth of the tissue of a young plant. The seed treatment with preparations Vitaros (2 l/t) and Maxim XL (2 l/t) reduced the lesion of plants during the bud formation - initial blossom from 66.7% in the control variant to 24.1 and 21.7%, respectively, for beans from 78.9% in the control variant to 31.9 and 28.9%, respectively. The saved seed yield as compared with the control variant was 1.05 and 1.26 t/ha, respectively. Also, the high biological efficiency (81-93%) of the fungicide Amistar extra at a dose of 0.5 l/ha was obtained. In case of Anthracnose epidemics the three treatments of white lupin during the growing season (early shoot formation, the end of bud formation and bean formation) are able to control the disease and save the seed yield from the significant losses.
