Protection of female minors from sexual assaults (criminal law and criminological approach)

The article considers the conditions for criminal liability for trafficking of pornographic materials in the framework of article 242-242.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia, to perform age limits subject to article 242, part 1 of article 242.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia; the value-semantic and motivational sphere of the personality of a teenage girl, due to the increase in the number of children with deviant behavior, which manifests itself in anti-social actions (alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual immorality, disorderly conduct, vandalism, violation of public order, etc.). The methodological basis of the study was the philosophical dialectical method of knowledge of the dynamics of social phenomena, and specific scientific methods of cognition (system-structural, theoretical and comparative legal analysis, socio-gender approach). Thus, the socio-gender approach was used in the study of the behavior of the personality of female minors, as part of the general crime, when considering antisocial actions against sexual inviolability
