Personal data protection employees of educational organizations in conditions of public uncertainty: sociological and managerial view

The work examines the problem of protecting personal data of university employees in conditions of uncertainty of military-political, socio-economic and other threats and dangers; the theoretical development of the problem is justified; threats and dangers of disclosing information about a person are shown; the content of regulatory legal support for the process of information protection of a person, organization, society is presented; the practice of the process of protecting employees of educational organizations is being studied; the results of an expert survey of the effectiveness of protecting human personal data in conditions of public uncertainty are shown; an algorithm for protecting personal data in a university organization is presented; the main ways to improve the protection of personal data of university employees are determined: organization of administrative and public control; high-quality training, training of personnel of the personal data protection system; creation and use of domestic technical equipment and software.
