The article examines the issues of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services as a separate function of the Bank of Russia. The goals, objectives and principles of the Bank of Russia activity are given. The analysis of the existing systems for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services is carried out and the tasks of the Service for the protection of consumer rights and ensuring the availability of financial services are considered separately.
